Policy

Cancelation Policy and Booking Policy is 100% non-negotiable.

All bookings require a deposit that will be applied towards the

cost of your treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your

appointment, I ask that you do so 48-hours in advance of the time of your

appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment past the 48-hour mark

you will NOT be refunded your deposit. All no-show clients will NOT be

refunded their deposit and will be charged the FULL cost of the treatment. Please note when scheduling follow up appointments you'll be charged $52 deposit to ensure the appointment. By booking your appointment you agree to Sheology by Victoria Cancelation Policy and Booking Policy.

Late policy We will always try our best to accommodate you! Things happen, we

understand! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our day and delaying

us for the other scheduled appointments. For this reason, we have set a few general

rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 10 minute grace

period. If unable to arrive on time, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order

to keep it in the time allotted for you. Please, ALWAYS NOTIFY if you even

think you might be late; we'd rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to

fit you and the rest of the appointments into our day. We very much appreciate your business and compliance with our policies. See you soon!

Reserving Appointments When reserving an appointment with us, we do require a deposit to secure the appointment. By giving us your deposit at the time of booking, you agree to our

cancellation terms. If you cancel within 48 hours of the start of your appointment, miss your appointment time, or do not show up you will be charged the full amount.

Appointment reminders requesting you to confirm your appointment with us are sent via text message or Instagram. We require that all appointments be confirmed no later than 48-

hours before the scheduled start time. Should you need to cancel, reschedule, or make a change to your existing appointment, you may do so by texting us, or by Instagram. As, stated in our pre booking agreement; all deposits and transactions all non-refundable.
