Cancellation & Client Policies

Cancelation Policy and Booking Policy is 100% non-negotiable

All bookings require a deposit that will be applied towards the

cost of your treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your

appointment, I ask that you do so 48-hours in advance of the time of your

appointment. 

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment past the 48-hour mark

you will NOT be refunded your deposit. All no-show clients will NOT be

refunded their deposit and will be charged the FULL cost of the treatment. 

Please note when scheduling follow up appointments you'll be charged a $50 deposit to ensure the appointment. By booking your appointment you agree to Sheology's Cancelation Policy and Booking Policy.

Late policy We will always try our best to accommodate you! Things happen, we

understand! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our day and delaying

us for the other scheduled appointments.

 For this reason, we have set a few general

rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 15 minute grace.

You consent the salon to take photographs of the provided services.

You consent the salon in terms of sharing the photograph to social media for marketing campaigns or testimonials.

You understand that doing hair is a form of artistic expression. Therefore, you confirm that the salon and hair stylist will not be responsible or liable if the result of the service is not as expected.

You are allowing the salon to apply necessary chemicals as part of the service at your hair appointment. You understand that the result of this chemical may vary from one person to another.

You confirm that you will follow the regimen and the suggested follow-ups of the salon in maintaining and treating your hair.

You agree that the hairstyle is final after the service. If there are any changes after 1-week from the initial appointment, that is considered a new service and you will be charged for those services.
